Der fliegende Kormoran

My first foto préférée des cormorants had been in the Berliner Zeitung 2009 (Der Kormoran ist der Vogel des Jahres 2010) as one of the Porträts provided von Naturschutzbund Deutschland (NABU) und dem Landesbund für Vogelschutz in Bayern. 

  Le sujet de la réflexion, strongly reminds me de Caporal Guicheteaut.

The Great Kormoran

Was macht uns like le cormorant? la phrase est ambiguë, are we somehow like him or do we like him ? parfois il semble maladroit, plump.  « Une fois sorti de l'eau, perché ou au sol, il passe parfois des heures à se sécher, ailes et queue déployées (on parle de Standardposition). In Asien werden die Kormorane zum Fischfang dressiert. An einer langen Leine am Boot angebunden und mit einem Halsring versehen, werden die Vögel auf die Jagd geschickt. Bei Erfolg können die Vögel die Fische wegen dem Halsring nicht schlucken und bringen ihn ins Boot zurück. Erst die letzten Fische des Tages darf der Kormoran für sich behalten.
